    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


    Marketing: 

     - Work closely with the sales and technical department to design B2B and B2C marketing strategies in the most profitable manner. 

     - Refine digital marketing tools for new products and empower sales. 

     - Build a robust brand marketing team based in Australia, collaborating closely with the local sales team to generate more leads and increase brand recommendations and customer satisfaction. 

     - Lead marketing campaigns and evaluate performance metrics to assist the local sales team in enhancing customer relations through activities such as roadshows, training hub workshops, and exhibitions.

     - Experiences with various organic and paid acquisition channels: content creation, curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, and performance analysis. 

     - Understand the landscape and trends of competing products in Australia, devising corresponding strategies and marketing techniques tailored to different markets' characteristics. 

     - Develop strategies and tactics to introduce our company and attract qualified customers. 


     Branding:

     - Define and implement tailor-made action plans to enhance the brand's performance, monitor success metrics, and ensure maximum brand awareness and reputation. 

     - Communicate with Headquarters, local departments, and external agencies for O2O/B2B/B2C branding, including public relations management, press releases, document auditing, social media, and official website operations. 

     - Conceptualize and develop content for all internal and external O2O campaigns: storytelling, planning, and multimedia format implementation.

     - Monitor, analyze, and evaluate media performance, generate data reports, and propose optimization measures.

     - Promote the Sungrow brand internally and externally through brand actions, corporate design, corporate language, and branding/employer branding. 

     - Support the sales team by providing product and brand content aligning with each brand's vision and DNA to target customers.

     - Conduct elaborate market analyses for the development of new marketing campaigns.     

    OUR REQUIREMENTS

    - Excellent team-building and leadership abilities.

    - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in marketing, energy, or similar fields) or above, with over 3 years' working experience in marketing related role, preferably in photovoltaic and energy storage industries. 

    - Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. 

    - Root cause analysis skills, ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. 

    - Strong marketing and branding background with excellent communication skills, paying great attention to detail. 

    - Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing, fast-paced working environment. 

    - Logical thinking and creativity in work methods. 

    - Strong English writing skills; proficiency in other languages is preferable.

    Position Summary: 

    The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our channel sales, C&I, and utility sales teams by assisting with media plans and proposals and undertaking a variety of marketing functions. These will include social media marketing, web updates, and sales support among others.     


    Duties & Responsibilities: 

    - Assist with the planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing events. 

    - Manage promotions, advertising, and other marketing activities. 

    - Engage in creative writing and content marketing. 

    - Create and manage content for our social media platforms. 

    - Draft and distribute up-to-date newsletters. 

    - Coordinate marketing activities including photographers, media, industry events, and participation. 

    - Handle digital marketing tasks such as website maintenance, website content, social media planning and posting, analyzing digital marketing trends, managing email campaigns, and reporting on website analytics. 

    - Support and manage relationships with customers where needed.       

    OUR REQUIREMENTS


    Skills & Experience: 

    - Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, digital media, or working towards these. 

    - Proven ability in Adobe programs including InDesign and Photoshop at an intermediate level or higher. 

    - Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, especially in new energy marketing. 

    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Position Summary  

    Field Commissioning Engineer is responsible to manage and performance commissioning and maintenance work on solar & ESS projects ensuring successful completion and handover of projects. You are a proactive, reliable and resilient engineering professional who has a passion for finding solutions. This role needs to coordinate with teams to efficiently deliver service solutions (utility projects) by on-site service for commissioning and troubleshooting, support sales team to prepare service proposals for utility-scale projects, as well as conduct ad-hoc projects. Moreover, this job requires for 40% Plus inter-state travel. This is a full-time role based in North Sydney.


    Key responsibilities: 

    • Provides initial commissioning plans, as well as coordinates commissioning activities (including site acceptance tests) and R2 testing for successful delivery 

    • Conduct field services with team and service partners in pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance work, fault diagnosis and repairs 

    • Perform basic O&M by monitoring systems remotely and basic warranty work 

    • Prepare service proposals for utility-scale project tenders including O&M plans and review service contracts including availability guarantee

    • Conduct services for complex technical problems and coordinate with internal teams (technical and R&D team) to efficiently deliver high quality solutions to customers’ issues 

    • Keep a good record of the spare parts/unit inventory, usage and service expenses 

    • Continuously develop knowledge of all relevant products and services 

    • Communicate with the management, sales team and customers to support the business development and complete jobs in a timely manner 

    • Provide training to the customers and service partners and ensure the personnel having the competency to operate the products correctly.
