    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Sungrow’s clients (Residential, C&I solar companies and EPCs) via telephone, email, onsite and web conferencing. 

    2. Participate in Australian project bidding—in charge of solution design, technical support, and bidding documents. 

    3. Proactively stay up to date with all the latest technologies concerning Sungrow’s products and the underlying technologies. 

    4. Australian PV and ESS market’s information collection and arrangement. 

    5. Local grid code requirement collection, follow-up local standard requirements. 

    6. Assist marketing analysis, includes not limited to: customer feedback, competitor info. 

    7. Maintain strong customer rapport and excellent, timely communication.

    OUR REQUIREMENTS

    - 3 years of experience in solar/ESS industry or electricity industry. 

    - Electrical Engineering Education. 

    - Good Team spirit and experience working in a small team is an advantage. 

    - High ability in communication and negotiation. - Hard worker, practical personality. 

    - Solid analyzing and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical problems. 

    - Good communication skills, inclusive of verbal, written and formal presentations. 

     - Customer-focused mind. 

    - A self-starter, you will be able to manage your time and take the initiative. 

    - A person who wants to participate strongly in the development of a growing business.

Coordinating with internal stakeholders (Including project team, delivery team, function team, etc.) and external stakeholders (including clients, NSP, consulting, EPC, Authorities etc.) throughout the whole project phase from project opportunity identification to project delivery/commissioning and smooth O&M phase. 

    4. Contract management involvement and administration with client and subcontractor: supporting commercial and legal review for EPC Contract, O&M Contract, Supply Agreement, term sheet, contract schedules, warranty documents etc. with input from internal and external resources 

    5. Work with internal and external resources and lead the negotiation with clients. 

    6. Internal project management activities including routine meetings and reporting 

    7. Relevant marketing work including project publishing, case study development, seminar/webinar attending, etc. 

    8. Contributing to the establishment of the Company's PMO by bringing existing project management skills/knowledge. 

    9. Providing necessary engineering and grid connection-related coordination skills to the technical team and grid connection team.

    - Candidates MUST have full working rights in Australia. 

    - Hold as a minimum a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree is preferable. 

    - Business related experience. • At least 1-3 years work experience in Renewable Energy industry.
